At STR Service Centre we really do value customer feedback and would love to hear back from customers with their great experiences, so we can share them with our team!

In the event that we don’t get things quite right, please do email us at workshop@strgb.co.uk setting our your concerns and providing us with your full contact details, so we can look into the matter for you.  We will acknowledge your concern by email within 2 working days of its receipt and will respond fully within 7 working days - either by email or we will give you a call.
